1. ROM architects
For your digital workforce to work effectively, you must think about the needs of robots: digital workers with multiple skills and multilingual skills that are available to your business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through of RPA.
In terms of the operating model, that means refining its corporate procedures (which were created based on the needs of the human workforce) to reflect the needs of the digital workforce.

Automation designers build and design the reusable modular components that make up the custom ROM, the modular elements that help accelerate the use of their robots.
What an automation designer does is accelerate delivery cycles and avoid overloading a maintenance mountain. They do this by creating resistant, reusable and scalable objects that are at the center of each process. For example, writing an object for the login of your client’s system allows you to add that login element to each process in the organization that your client system uses; Change it once and it will be inherited immediately by all those processes.

3. Process developers.
Process developers are another key role. The term “developer” may seem that this is a role that is based on IT, but that is contrary to the intuition of the Blue Prism and RPA business.
